Course description:

In this course, the participants learn how they can customize the user interface and the behavior of SAP Business One using coresuite Customize.

In the first part of the course, the participants get to know the functions of coresuite Customize, which are presented on practical examples.

In the second part of the course, the participants learn useful tips and tricks and best practices.

In the third part of the course, the participants create and adjust customer-specific or general complex examples using the know-how they collected in the first two parts of the course.

 

Course objectives In this course, the participants build a solid foundation for the creation of customize rules and new forms of user tables.
The course covers the following points:

  • The participants know the coresuite Customize functions and know when to use what function.
  • Using new or adjusted Customize rules, the participants can customize the interface and the behavior of SAP Business One according to customer requirements.
  • The course also provides solutions to specific customer problems.

  • Adjusting the SAP Business One user interface with right-click
  • Adjusting Customize rules for Optimizer, Item Placement, Function Button, New Items, New Menu, Extended Code
  • Use cases for the UDT handler
  • Importing and exporting Customize rules
  • Best Practices – naming and describing rules, avoiding and handling errors, multi-language support
  • Automatic filling of values in a matrix
  • Creating documents automatically
  • Printing and e-mailing with coresuite Customize and Designer
  • Creating own forms to display data
  • Use case for Customize as a Service
Duration 2 half-days
Course fee EUR 500.-/CHF 600.- per participant and workshop day
