The prestigious award ceremony took place on November 19 at the Kongresshaus Zurich and was a true highlight for Switzerland’s IT industry. This year’s event saw a record-breaking 241 submissions, all evaluated for their innovation and quality in a two-step process led by the University of Bern and expert juries. For the first time, the awards also recognized projects in the fields of custom software and system integration.

InsightLoop, developed in Switzerland, stood out for its groundbreaking capabilities. The platform empowers service organizations worldwide with cutting-edge AI that enables real-time root cause analyses, spare parts recommendations, and process optimizations. With InsightLoop, companies can significantly enhance their service processes, improve their first-time-fix rates, and reduce operational costs.
